New company launched – Ingemino Ltd

27 July 2010 - - Ingemino Ltd is a newly formed company that has been established to acquire, develop and grow a series of key businesses in the testing arena. 

The focus of the business is laboratory-based testing solutions and the key objective of the business is to develop Ingemino into a world class organisation through a combination of complementary acquisitions and aggressive organic growth.

Ingemino is led by an experienced team who have had previous success in both acquiring and developing businesses as well as in the markets they are targeting.

Keith Tozzi, Ingemino Director said: “We are very excited about this new business and are already in discussion with a number of companies regarding our first acquisition.  We look forward to announcing more very soon.”

Fiona Begley, Director said: “Over the years, we have developed a proven model for successfully acquiring and integrating testing businesses.  We have set ourselves demanding targets for Ingemino, which I am confident we will achieve.”
