First Acquisition Announced
1 September 2011 - - Ingemino Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of YorkTest Ltd. YorkTest is the market leader in food intolerance testing and has successfully established itself as a direct to consumer business operating out of its state of the art premises in York.
The acquisition from its private owners, has been achieved with the support of CBPE (Close Brothers Private Equity) and is the first building block in Ingemino establishing a major testing business. It is anticipated that further acquisitions will follow over the next 12 months.
YorkTest, who will be launching an exciting new range of services later this year, will continue to led by Managing Director, Tom Hardman, and his team.
